I’ve worked with other coaches in the past, some great and others…not so much owing to their lack of experience, qualifications, knowledge and skills. Stuart was an excellent fit for me as an Executive Coach. He held me to an extremely high level of accountability as a CEO and although I wasn’t always 100% successful in completing some of my homework assignments on time, he never made me feel bad for it. At the same time, he didn’t “let me off the hook” for those assignments either. Because of his systems for tracking our sessions, it was clear what was expected of both of us and this structure really helped me thrive and I think is a huge part of the massive amount of progress made in the time we worked together!
